  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 60 calendar-day, money-back guarantee on our core funding program. If within this period you find PLFIRST isn’t the right fit or you’re unable to qualify, you’re eligible for a full refund minus a four percent (4%) processing fee.
  • Refund Process: To request your refund, simply reach out to our support team at 1-800-PLFIRST-1 or email us at [email protected]. Our management team will promptly address your request within one to two business days.
  • Cancellation Document: You’ll then be asked to complete and sign a short cancellation document, conveniently accessible in your client portal at plfirst.com/client. Once submitted, your refund will be processed accordingly.
  • Exceptions to Refunds: Please note, once services such as credit acquisition or complimentary services are rendered, refunds will not be issued. However, if you don’t receive the expected services as outlined, you can request a refund and enroll again at a later date.
  • Credit Received During Guarantee Period: If you receive credit within the first 60 days or thereafter, you’ll remain in the program as there is no minimum amount guaranteed during the refund period. Amounts vary based on individual credit profiles, with our team working diligently to achieve optimal results.
  • Easy Membership Cancellation: You can cancel your PLFIRST Premium Coaching membership at any time by simply logging into your account and cancelling your subscription. To receive a refund for a month’s charge, make the request within 30 days of the charge.
